I'm TJ, a Peak Performance & Mindset Coach, trauma-informed yoga instructor, firefighter, homeschool dad, and endurance athlete. I’ve learned firsthand how stress and adrenaline can wear you down—and how intentional routines, mindset shifts, and nervous system balance can rebuild your life from the inside out. Now, I guide others to stop living in fight-or-flight and start designing their lives with purpose.
